Banana Cream Pie Sundae
Equipment
- Chilled sundae dish, kitchen torch
Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana sliced
- 4-5 vanilla wafers Slaton Bakery brand preferred
- 1 large dollop Italian meringue
- 2-3 scoops MBK banana ice cream or store bought
Instructions
- In your favorite sundae dish, serve two to three scoops of MBK’s Roasted Banana Ice Cream. Top with slices of fresh bananas and tuck in as many Vanilla Wafers as you like. Top with a whopping dollop of Italian Meringue. Using a kitchen torch, toast the Meringue to your liking…think fireside marshmallows!! Enjoy!
