Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 Tbsp. granulated sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 3/4 cup buttermilk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup butter melted

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  • Pour buttermilk, eggs, vanilla, and melted butter into flour mixture. Stir until combined.
  • Pre-heat waffle iron until hot, add batter (1/2 cup for Belgian style or 1/3 for American style) and cook until machine indicates it is ready. Serve hot.
