This is our go-to pizza sauce recipe when making homemade pizzas. It is light and SO quick to put together, using ingredients that are easily found in your pantry.
- 2 small garlic cloves
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/8 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
- 14 oz. canned whole canned tomatoes without juice
- In a blender, add 1/2 of the canned tomatoes and all spices together. Pulse until combined, making sure not to over blend. Add remaining canned tomatoes and pulse.
