Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. canola oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tsp. minced ginger
  • 1 head green cabbage
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1/8 tsp. fresh ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrot

Instructions

  • In a large sauté pan, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add garlic, ginger, and carrots and sauté for 2 minutes until fragrant and starting to slightly brown. Add the cabbage and cook until starting to wilt. Add the soy sauce and pepper and stir until evenly distributed. Taste and season with salt as needed.
