Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. whole baby portabella mushrooms
  • 1 roll ritz crackers crushed
  • 1 cup tiny shrimp cooked (1/2 lb)
  • 3/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 stick unsalted butter melted
  • 1 tsp. dried chives
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. lawry's seasoned salt

Instructions

  • Clean mushrooms and remove stem.
  • In medium size bowl, combine all ingredients. Stuff mushrooms with mixture and bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Turn oven setting to broil, and cook until tops are browned.
