Horseradish Cream Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup prepared horseradish drained
  • ¼ teaspoon sugar

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl, season with salt and pepper to taste. Cover and let stand at room temperate for 1 – 1 ½ hours. Use immediately or store in the refrigerator for use later.
