Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs salmon fresh
  • 2 Tbsp. dijon mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 6 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1.5 tsp. garlic minced
  • 1.5 tsp. ginger minced

Instructions

  • Light your grill and brush your grilling rack lightly with oil to prevent the salmon from sticking. Heat grill to 400 degrees.
  • Whisk together the mustard, olive oil, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger in small bowl. Pour half of the mixture over the salmon and marinate for 10-15 minutes. Set remaining mixture aside.
  • Once grill is ready, place salmon (skin side down if applicable) and cook for 5 minutes; remaining marinade that the fish was sitting in can be discarded. Using a wide spatula, gently flip the salmon and cook for another 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, brush the reserved mixture onto and cook for an additional 5 minutes. Transfer fish to cutting board and serve.
