Wedding Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 cup butter softened
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tsp. water
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
- Cream butter and sugar. Add water and vanilla. Blend in flour until fully combined. Add nuts, cover in plastic wrap, and chill for 4 hours. Shape into balls and bake on cookie sheet at 325 for 20 minutes. Cool and roll in powder sugar.
